Tell us about your experience:: Ever hear of "if it sounds too good to be true...." In this case, the owners hands down exceeded the high expectations that we had. We had them deliver the boat, we were amazed at the quality and condition. The boat ran perfectly all week and they showed up to load it when they said they would. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better rental experience, and this is comparing a decade of renting across the country. Good job guys!

Tell us about your experience:: I rented out both their jet skis for a family outing on the lake and was impressed with the service I was given. The family had a wonderful time and I believe without the skis it would have been just another day on the lake. So to 7 Star Rental, thanks again for a memorable. Tell us about your experience:: On 6/19/2012 I rented a wake-board boat for my wife's Birthday, to be delivered at 8AM. I received a phone call at 7:43AM stating that he; the driver took the wrong route to arrive at our location and that he was going to be a tad late. This was OK with me seeing as how the place we were at; Snug Harbor, is tricky to find, at least I did receive a phone call. Once the boat arrived it was in pristine condition and the driver; Darin was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had the boat on the water until only 2:30PM before another occupant on the boat said, "something is wrong with the steering cable". I'll readily admit that I do not know much about boats as of yet, so I relied on that person to give me the information/status on the boat, this led me to call Darin and explain what the boat was not doing. the information we gave to Darin was that the steering cable had gone out and the boat could not turn. It was towards the end of the workday and Darin called me back three times stating that he is working diligently on finding a steering cable. Early the next day both owners showed up with tools in their hands. They first took the boat out to see for themselves. A few short minutes, they arrived back and explained that the ballast tanks were full, which affects turning. The issue with the boat was operator error and both owners were very understanding. They did not charge for a service call plus they gave us some more time on the rental. This was above and beyond. This company is destined to be in business for a long time, PLUS they offer insurance, which is rare. Exceptional customer service guys, thank you again!

Tell us about your experience:: We rented a jet ski from you after our own jet ski died, and it was a great experience. You exceeded our expectations. The jet ski was new and in great condition and you guys were easy to deal with. You very generously threw in a towable without charge which came in very handy when our towable split a seam.

Thanks for making our week's vacation at Lake Tullock even better and we will recommend you guys to anyone. Great equipment and great service at a reasonable cost--you can't beat it. Thank you.

Tell us about your experience:: You can rent with confidence from these hard charging young entrepreneurs! Quality products and great service. We had 10 kids on the boat ages 16 to 21 and everybody had a blast. We rented 2 Sea-Doo GTS 130's.
They delivered on time to Seven Crown resorts and they ran perfectly for 4 days and completely 'made' our trip. We will absolutely be return customers.

Tell us about your experience:: there is only 1 good option for fishing in clear lake if you don't have your own boat. we got on the water early. we got. off the water late. the boat was amazing. the best part was...no hidden costs! thanks so much derick. we'll definitely do it again.
